These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 12malay platform, including all games, betting services, account features, payment functions, and promotional offers. By registering an account or using 12malay in any capacity, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in full.

Fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated software, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any of the Services provided by 12malay. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 12malay reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where age cannot be verified.
2.2 Use of the 12malay Platform is void where prohibited. You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 12malay does not accept liability for your use of the Services in a Restricted Jurisdiction.
2.3 You must be acting as a private individual in your personal capacity and not as a business or professional entity for the purposes of placing bets or playing games on 12malay.
2.4 Employees, directors, officers, agents, and immediate family members of 12malay and its affiliates, partners, and licensed software providers are not eligible to hold a player Account or participate in promotions on the Platform.
3.1 To access the Services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Malaysian mobile number.
3.2 Only one Account is permitted per person, household, email address, device, IP address, and payment method. 12malay employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate Accounts. If duplicate Accounts are identified, 12malay reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and void any pending or settled balances without notice.
3.3 KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Acceptable identity documents for Malaysian users include a valid MyKad (National Registration Identity Card). Additional documentation such as proof of address or source of funds may be requested at 12malay's discretion. KYC is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission.
3.4 You must promptly notify 12malay of any changes to the information provided during registration by contacting support via the in-account live chat.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. 12malay strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account.
4.2 You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether by you or any other person using your credentials with or without your knowledge — is your sole responsibility.
4.3 If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact 12malay support immediately via the in-account live chat. 12malay will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
4.4 12malay will never contact you to request your password via email, SMS, or chat. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 12malay immediately.
5.1 All deposits on 12malay must be made using accepted Malaysian payment methods, which include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX bank transfers via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without notice.
5.2 All funds deposited into your 12malay Account must come from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited. Deposits made via methods not registered to the Account holder may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
5.3 12malay does not charge processing fees on standard MYR deposit methods. Any fees charged by your financial institution or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.
5.4 Deposited funds are held for gaming purposes only. 12malay Account balances do not accrue interest.
6.1 Withdrawals are available to fully KYC-verified Accounts only. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in the same name as the registered Account holder.
6.2 Withdrawals to Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow are typically processed within 1–4 hours for fully verified Accounts. FPX bank transfers may take up to one business day. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
6.3 12malay reserves the right to impose withdrawal holds pending identity verification, source-of-funds checks, or fraud investigations. You will be notified of any hold and its expected resolution timeline via your registered email address.
6.4 Any Account balance remaining unclaimed for a period of 12 consecutive months of inactivity may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee as specified in the Dormancy Policy available upon request. Accounts may be closed after 24 months of inactivity.
7.1 All bonuses and promotional offers issued by 12malay are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of the promotion, which form part of this Agreement and must be read in conjunction with these general bonus terms.
7.2 Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus balance or any winnings derived therefrom can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30× means the bonus must be wagered thirty times in aggregate eligible bets before withdrawal is permitted).
7.3 Game contribution rates towards wagering requirements vary. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games typically contribute 10%–25%. Certain games may contribute 0% and are excluded from wagering. The applicable contribution rates for a specific promotion are stated in that promotion's individual terms.
7.4 Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unwagered bonus balance and associated winnings remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically without notice.
7.5 12malay reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Bonus offers are intended for genuine recreational players. Any evidence of systematic bonus exploitation — including but not limited to placing low-risk bets across outcomes to guarantee wagering clearance with minimal risk — will be treated as bonus abuse and may result in the forfeiture of bonus balances and the closure of the Account.
8.1 The rules governing each individual game available on 12malay (including betting limits, payout structures, and special features) are set out within the game interface and the relevant game provider's published rules. These rules supplement but do not replace this Agreement.
8.2 In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system failure during a game or bet, 12malay will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the matter fairly and in accordance with the state of the game at the time of the error. Where a game state cannot be determined, stakes may be refunded at 12malay's discretion.
8.3 Manifest errors in odds, payouts, or game configurations (including pricing errors) are void. 12malay is not bound by any result arising from a manifest error and reserves the right to void affected bets and adjust Account balances accordingly.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Account balances without compensation:
10.1 All content, software, trademarks, logos, game designs, and other intellectual property on the 12malay Platform are owned by or licensed to 12malay. No right, title, or interest in any such intellectual property is transferred to you by virtue of your use of the Platform.
10.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on 12malay without express written permission from the Platform operator.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 12malay shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
11.2 12malay does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily suspend access to games or account functions. 12malay will use reasonable efforts to notify users of scheduled maintenance in advance.
11.3 Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 12malay's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Your use of 12malay is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Privacy Policy sets out how 12malay collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data in connection with your Account and use of the Services.
13.1 12malay is committed to responsible gaming. All Account holders have access to the following tools from their account settings: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days); and permanent self-exclusion.
13.2 The Platform is strictly for persons aged 21 and above. 12malay enforces this through mandatory KYC verification and reserves the right to suspend any Account where there is reasonable suspicion that the Account holder does not meet the minimum age requirement.

14.1 12malay reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of 12malay following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
14.2 If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance prior to the effective date of the change.
This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 12malay holds its operating licence. Any unresolved disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, the seat of which shall be determined by 12malay at its discretion.
